Visit healthcare facilities to retrieve both paper and electronic medical records.

Ensure secure uploading of collected data into designated systems.

Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and goals.

Travel within a 90-mile radius, visiting multiple sites daily.

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with privacy regulations.

Requirements

Job Requirements

Must reside in or near North Adams, MA.

High School diploma or GED.

Valid driver’s license and active personal liability insurance.

Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds).

Proficiency in basic computer tasks, including file management and uploading/downloading files.

Excellent attention to detail and strong verbal communication skills.

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds safely.

Comfortable using phone or headset equipment for communication.

Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional full-day assignments.
