The Materials Supply team is part of the Materials Platform based in Northborough (NBO). The function is responsible for planning and procuring raw materials and supplies to support the commercial manufacturing schedules in Allston, Framingham, Northborough and other development activities at either internal or external locations.The Materials Supply team interacts and coordinates with many cross functional groups including Quality (QC, QA, and SQO), Manufacturing, Product Planning, Materials Operations, Procurement and FinancePosition Overview with Key ResponsibilitiesThis position is primarily responsible for leading the purchasing and materials replenishment function for Sanofi Specialty Care Operations. The purchasing function is a critical component in the Materials Platform in Massachusetts. Specific Responsibilities include: Provide leadership and development for the Materials Supply team members. Proactively monitors raw material inventory levels making safety stock level adjustments as required. Improve safety stock policy identifying opportunities to decrease stock levels. Proactively leads the team to interfaces with Materials teams at Sites to ensure material requirements are accurately entered in ERP (SAP or Athena) based on site schedules Participates in network level MRB to ensure inventory level meets customer requirements while managing expiry, obsolescence, and cost savings in timely mannerParticipates in projects to ensure materials requirements are documented and agreed to with customers Continuously improves utilization of ERP system and apply MRP2 Class A principles. Ensures department representation and leadership in Athena improvements. Ensures risk assessments are performed on all materials associated with Biologics manufacturing and that business continuity measures are established Ensures the Materials function is cGMP compliant and inspection ready; creating and adhering to established site/corporate operating procedures to include Material Control, Purchasing Control and Supplier Qualification Develops and tracks metrics to maximize department productivity and cost-effective use of material resources Issues regular purchasing performance reports and participates in site daily performance management, +QDCI. Proactively identifies potential raw material supply interruption and works with functional and cross-functional teams to implement solutions Participates in Supplier Management Team to review requests for new materials, suppliers, material change notifications and monitor the quality performance of suppliers Prepares and presents purchasing metrics at monthly Quality Council meetings Ensures alignment and integration in the Materials Platform value stream. Acts as key interface with Global Procurement to ensure alignment with Sanofi contracts and preferred suppliers Develops budgets for labor and capital expenditures for purchasing planning & management and directs the allocation of significant resources to meet financial performance requirements.   • The Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources\' MDAR mission is to cultivate a robust and equitable agricultural economy, promote a safe and resilient food system, and preserve a healthy environment for Massachusetts farmers, animals, and consumers. The Massachusetts State Reclamation and Mosquito Control Board (SRB), within the Department of Agricultural Resources, oversees mosquito control in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts including 12 regional programs. DETAILED STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Helps plan, organize, direct, regulate and review the operation of the Project. Makes continuing and periodic surveys and assists with directing the studies of mosquito occurrence and problems. 2. Subject to Commission direction and approval, determines and develops operating policies; defines the organizational structure, divisions and assignment of functions and lines of authority to carry out the Project\'s purpose, including business, technical, scientific, and operating functions; recommends salary structure and working conditions. Helps plan and maintain an employee relations program. Oversees the planning and direction of a training program for Project personnel; instructs subordinates, reviews and evaluates work and takes appropriate action to maintain an effective working force. 3.Oversees the evaluation of program operations, confers with subordinate staff regarding progress and problems and provides consultation and assistance as indicated; oversees work of the various functional units; directs special studies in problem areas; provides for the performance of technical and scientific programs as indicated. 4.
