Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in NORTON, Massachusetts, United States. This role is within a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and managing data entry tasks.Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate department or individual. Provide top-notch customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Manage data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Handle email correspondence with professionalism and in a timely manner. Schedule appointments and meetings as required, ensuring all parties are informed and necessary arrangements are made. Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to complete tasks and projects. Assist with inbound and outbound calls when necessary, providing information or assistance as needed. Maintain an organized and efficient work environment, managing files, records, and office supplies. Utilize Microsoft Outlook for communication and scheduling purposes. Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team and ensure smooth operations. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience in answering inbound and outbound calls Strong customer service skills Capable of scheduling appointments Proficient in data entry tasks Able to manage email correspondence effectively Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Problem-solving and decision-making skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy in all work Punctuality and reliability in meeting work schedules Respect for confidentiality and privacy of company information Adaptability and flexibility in handling work tasks and responsibilities Willingness to learn new skills and take on new tasks as needed.
