Logistics Data Coordinator

The Logistics Data Coordinator is responsible for data analysis of load scheduling, freight rates, and revenue for the business. Creating and updating customer routing service plans for multiple service locations. Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.

Engage with Directors of Transportation and Operations, set direction and priorities for route optimization activities across assigned geographical areas.

End of month financial reporting including P&L revenue and expense analysis.

Assemble lane reports, vendor spend, and revenue based on daily and weekly performance.

Assist in developing metrics to accurately measure effectiveness and improvement of route planning and optimization.

Address data discrepancies or deviations by working directly with assorted cross-functional teams to implement required corrections.

Gain subject matter expert level understanding for all routing software.

Support continuous improvement initiatives for data integrity and review processes.

Develop and maintain master Route Service Plan for each location assigned to geographical territory.

Collaborate with multiple members of leadership to obtain various streams of data.

Performs other duties and tasks, as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelors in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.

Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, especially using large datasets.

Experience building data visualizations hosted on web-based platforms e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker.

Familiarity with Dynamic Routing and other best in class routing/transportation practices, methods, and tools.

Strong written and oral communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software

Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and/or google spreadsheets required

Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively

Efficient time management skills

Detailed oriented
