Description:This customer is seeking a Level 1 technician to join their Mobile Support team. There are nearly 20,000 devices (iPhones and iPads) within the environment that are all company provided and supported on a MDM system. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting Apple Devices and strong attention to detail.The Level 1 Mobile Support Technician will be responsible for mobile issues that are escalated from the service desk. They will receive ticket requests via ServiceNow so ticketing system understanding will prove very useful.
