Description Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is partnered with a busy, highly reputed general practice law firm on the North Shore seeking a seasoned Estate Planning / Estate Administration attorney to join their dynamic team.Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to comprehend their estate planning goals and objectives
Create comprehensive and customized estate plans to meet client needs
Draft a range of estate planning documents including wills, trusts, etc.
Administer estates and trusts efficiently, mitigating any related legal issues
Prepare fiduciary and estate tax returns and accounts, ensuring no details are overlooked
Requirements
Requirements:
CPA or LLM is required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of estate planning and estate administration
Well-versed in estate planning and estate tax
Active license in MA
