Must be able to work without sponsorship and pass background screening (including credit check) Remote - but preference for those that can be onsite when deemed OK Ideally contractor will be able to support in-person meetings in Quincy, MA once COVID situation improves Contractor will develop and manage project/program plans to insure deliverables are on track and insure that status updates are provided on a regular cadence. The candidate will provide direction and guidance to team members regarding scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and tasks. They will be responsible for insuring alignment across stakeholders, and that leadership is engaged in addressing key decisions and communications across all impacted parties. A focus within the financial services industry is strongly preferred. - Assist with the end to end planning and management of multiple small to medium projects - Establish and manage key stakeholder relationships to ensure that key decision makers are involved in the appropriate aspects of the program to the appropriate degree - Assist with program/project reviews with senior management - Create and maintain all documents contained in the program management plan (including but not limited to communication plans, program plans with milestones, risks and issue register) - Project Planning activities, incl. creating and maintaining project documentation, coordinate meetings, establish and maintain relationships, financial and resource management, manage and track procurement efforts, support other PM's as assigned, update/maintain info in PPM and GRC tools as necessary Minimum Job Specs:
8+ years overall with 4+ years PM in Information Security - focus in Financial Technology/financial services preferred. - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, across various teams and levels - Ability to drive execution - Strong financial acumen and business analysis capabilities - Strong Proficiency in MS Office suite/MS Project, emphasis on Excel.
