Job Description SummaryResponsible for providing consulting services to a client and to help achieve business objective. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

Client facing individual responsible for the delivery of consultancy services at a client site(s).

Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.

Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.

Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree related to Health Sciences

80% Travel

Experience in either advisory services, consulting, or performance improvement in a healthcare setting.

Experience leading and managing projects with outcome focused deliverables.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Power Point

Excellent communication skills, teamwork

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills

Dependable: able to work independently and consistently meet or exceed performance expectations.

Adaptable: able to adjust work and communication style based on situational needs.

Demonstrate an aptitude for critical thinking to included evaluation of ideas and synthesizing information into insights

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $78,320.00-$117,480.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
