We are currently looking for a maintenance person for our 4 sites. All local. Must have transportation and be licensed.
Includes but not limited to:
Cleanings and maintaining all our facilities. Basicly when things need to be done we need someone whom can do it, Maybe Small light carpentry when needed, Small plumbing (Toilet seals etc) , leaks, drain cleaning, painting, grass cutting (Our equipment) Maintaining our fleet of vehicle's, (Not mechanical) this would be Cleaning vehicles, Checking fluids, install a wiper if needed, wash vans, check tires and make sure they are safe for our drivers, also includes some maintenance on our commercial laundry equipment. (We will train the right candidate), Some is simple as to change a hose. Must be in good physical condition, able to lift 50lbs, Must have good customer service. Hours may change but are often 7am-12 m-f
