Well established healthcare system seeks several energetic Medical Customer Service Reps. This person will: answer a high volume of calls and emails, book appointments and procedures, perform insurance verifications and pre-authorizations.

Full time schedule – Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. $16-19/hr depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Answering high volume of calls

Scheduling and rescheduling appointments and procedures

Perform insurance verifications and pre-authorizations

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Must have great customer service skills.

Excellent organizational and proven verbal and written communication skills.

Call center preferred. Healthcare experience is a plus!

MUST be COVID-19 and seasonal flu vaccinated, able to pass a background check and drug screen.
