We are currently looking for a professional Counselor for a
Reverse Mortgage Housing Counselor position at our Woburn-based
HUD Approved Non-Profit Housing Counseling Branch Location.
Office and Remote hybrid position.
The position involves counseling and educating consumers
on reverse mortgage loans.
Becoming an
FHA HECM Counselor +
HUD Counselor
is required and training is provided.
The regular hours are
9:00 am and 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time
8 hours per day.
This job is full time.
The job entails providing extraordinarily
compassionate active listening, providing completion
of tasks timely and being extremely attentive to detail,
and other duties as assigned.
Required Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or higher-
- Computer literacy, Using a VPN, Computer Safety
- Google Products
- and operating a cloud based phone system
Former mortgage, insurance, real estate,
credit counseling or loan processing experience is a plus.
