We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional who is conscientious, dedicated, and hardworking, to provide dental assisting and sterilization services, treatment plan and scheduling services, laboratory and other patient related services.
The part time position, with immediate availability, is part of a professional, busy, and dynamic general dentistry practice with caring individuals who strive to provide excellent care for patients.
The ideal candidate should possess:
-Strong assisting experience and skill, including proficiency in four-handed dentistry and taking digital radiographs, strong interest in laboratory work, excellence in impression taking, knowledge of dental instruments and materials, procedures, terminologies, treatment planning, and dental problems and conditions; experience and familiarity with Dentrix is preferred.
-Strong communication skills, including confident, caring, and professional mannerism, presenting/answering clinical and treatment information clearly, great command of verbal and written language
-Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask, manage, and anticipate clinical needs
-Exceptional attention to detail, willingness to be part of a team, and passion for helping others
-Great work ethic, punctuality, genuine interest in learning new skills, and the ability to motivate and educate others
We offer a competitive pay commensurate with knowledge and experience with a potential for growth. The office is open Monday through Saturday. Evening and early morning availability is required.
Candidate must satisfy MA state licensing requirements.
