Reed and Barton Development is looking for a motivated person to assist in the general maintenance of multiple buildings and grounds.
Facilities experience as well as living in or around the greater Taunton area is an all-around plus, but not required. This is a first shift, 7:00 a.m. -3:30 p.m. full-time, year-round position with occasional overtime available.
Some of the details and requirements:
Occasionally respond to tenant requests as required as a representative of property owners
Assist with landscaping and snow removal with requirements for off hours work depending on storm timing
Adhere to company safety policies
Enjoy working independently as well as with others on the team
High level of work ethic
Enjoy indoor and outdoor work flexibility
Ability to lift 40 lbs
Good organizational and communication skills
Snow removal and lawn care equipment a plus but not required. We can provide training.
Ability to pass a CORI check
Applicant must have a valid drivers license and/or a reliable way to get to work on time.
