We are a small locally-owned business located in Marion, Massachusetts. We’re looking to hire a motivated and dependable individual to join our crew for the start of the upcoming season. No experience necessary, we are more than willing to train motivated persons, however experience still is a plus.
Job Description
30+ hours a week Monday through Friday depending on weather
Edging and mulching garden beds
Weeding and clearing leaves and debris
Pruning, shaping of shrubs and small trees
Deadheading perennial and annual flowers
Assisting with watering of our clients’ plants and planter boxes
Loading company truck with debris
Infrequent mowing of lawns with push mower
Use of company hand tools
Expectations
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs of material on a regular basis
Must be able to work in hot and humid weather and occasional light rain
Must have reliable transportation to and from our clients’ residential properties. (The majority of our clients are located within a 6 mile radius in Marion. Plans will be made to minimize driving time and miles.)
Demonstrate good communication skills and personal integrity
Maintain cordial relations with clients
