Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Completing jobs efficiently, manage crew and job sites. Track labor hours and material, review daily goals with crew each morning upon arrival of all crew members at first job site. Inspect trucks and equipment daily for any issues. Follow systems, communicate equipment issues or tool needs in order for mechanics to load or replace necessary equipment each night. Managing job site in an organized and clean manner. Ensure all tools needed to complete the job are in trailer each day report missing or damaged tools. Report and track change orders. Managing everyone on the crew is working in a safe and uniform manner. Discuss safety concerns with crew, and training on proper use of equipment. Maintaining proper use of PPE.
Overall customer satisfaction. Quality of work and retention of crew members.
