Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and reliable individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities would include basic maintenance and repairs on multifamily properties including light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Maintaining cleanliness of the grounds and common areas in properties a top priority.
Tasks may include replacing a toilet, mixer valve, faucet, and similar tasks. .
Electrical tasks may include installing light fixtures, replacing plugs and plates, and troubleshooting.
Carpentry may include installing a door, flooring, and molding, trim. Address repairs such as drywall patching and painting.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
