Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Part-Time Farm Worker. This role involves working with a small team of rescue animals and maintaining our therapeutic gardens and grounds. The position is year-round and for morning, evening or weekend shifts. Each shift is approximately two hours long.

Butterflihh Farm Fund is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization that in conjunction with The Foundation for Learning & Inspiring Health & Healing is dedicated to providing therapeutic services through our rescue animals and therapeutic environment focused sites. Our mission is to promote health and healing through meaningful interactions with our farm environment and the use of our trademarked TheraFarm and COPER models virtually and in person in our offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Care for and manage rescue animals, including feeding, grooming, and general upkeep
Assist with maintaining and cultivating the therapeutic garden
Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks
Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, safe environment for animals and visitors
Collaborate with team members to support the farm’s operations and goals
Qualifications:
Previous experience with farm work or animal care is preferred but not required
Ability to work independently
Reliable transportation to commute to Marshfield
Strong work ethic and willingness to take on diverse tasks
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
