Need an experienced, self-directed, reliable, maintenance person to help take care of New Bedford apartments. Duties include: apartment turn-overs, painting, wall repair, lock changes, light changes, flooring replacement, cleaning, pest treatment, some appliance repair, light gardening, window repairs, basic plumbing repairs, general labor, etc.
Roughly 9 to 5 M-F. Extra hours if you want them. Occassional emergency call after-hours or weekend. You need not have to know how to do all of the things above. We can teach some.
Full time role. 40 hours a week. More if you want them.
must have own reliable transportation, will have to move between properties.
Must have good references.
Must be physically able for labor.
