Shepard Group, Inc. is looking for Snow Superintendents for the upcoming snow season. This is a seasonal (weather driven) position that is based out of Westport and Wareham, MA. Supervisory experience and 5 years of snow plowing experience required. Must be self-motivated, dependable and organized with an excellent driving record. A valid D.O.T. medical card is required and a hoisting license is a plus. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and extended hours when necessary due to weather. Starting wages based on past experience and skills. This position has an end of season bonus program as well.
