This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one
Responsibilities:
Program, setup and operate Okuma Lathe with OSP-P200L control and Okuma ESL8 lathe with OSP, U10L Control
Okuma Genos L00 and L250II Lathe with OSP-P300A control
Harrison Alpha 300 and 60 lathe
Okuma MC4A milling center with OSP 500M G control
OR
Hardinge Bridgeport milling center with Fanuc series
Bridgeport knee mills with Accurite controls
Quality inspection of parts
Production parts inventory and machine tooling inventory
Maintain equipment as needed
Some component and machine assembly required
Qualifications:
Previous CNC lathe and milling experience
Experience working with various forms and types of metal
Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Fabrication metrology
Use of various measurement and inspection tools
Math skills required to perform calculations
Equipment maintenance knowledge and machine tooling knowledge required
Hours are:
Monday through Friday – 6:30am – 3:00pm
The salary is up to $35 per hour based on experience
