This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one
Responsibilities:
Setup and operate multi-spindle, high volume production, Acme, Wickman, Tornos, Davenport and Swiss, hydromat machines
Offset changes, tooling changes, tooling adjustments, machine repairs as needed during production runs
Submitting first piece samples and documentation to quality control
Setting up tools and verifying correct part number
Assist with any tooling or setup problems as needed
Make sure the setup is approved and the machine is ready for production
Using control plans/print requirements to produce parts according to specifications
Following quality management system specifications -ISO9001-2015
Qualifications:
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Hours are:
Monday through Friday 6am to 2:30pm
The pay is up to $30.00 an hour
