We are seeking an experienced Screen Printer to join a growing manufacturing team in Dighton, MA. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate screen printing equipment
Mix inks and match colors as required
Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Assist with basic production duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous screen printing experience required
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 - 50 lbs
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Schedule:
Full-time, first shift
Monday–Friday
Compensation:
Starting at $23/hr and up, depending on experience
Weekly pay through B&N Staffing
