Job Description:

Joska Healthcare Solutions, a home health agency in Taunton, MA, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As the Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and professionalism in all aspects of our administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

- Coordinate appointments and schedules for patients.

- Maintain accurate and organized office files, records, and databases.

- Oversee inventory management, including ordering office supplies and ensuring adequate stock levels.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including distribution and shipping as needed.

- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Provide administrative support to staff and management, including assistance with HR-related tasks.

- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless office operations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Knowledge of working with Kinnser/Wellsky or any Electronic medical record.

- Proven experience in office administration or a related field.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Staff, clients, and vendors.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google workspace and other relevant software applications.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of HR processes and basic accounting principles is advantageous.

This is a part -time position offering between 15-24 hours per week
