Established demolition company is seeking an Office Administrator to train for position of Office Manager. Small casual office environment; 40-hour in-office hours per week.
Requirements:
Prior office experience in construction field preferable
Familiar with public bidding preferable
Strong written, verbal and computer skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Attention to details, neat and organized
Able to work independently, but also be a team player
pride in putting out high quality work
Answer phones in a professional manner
Must be dependable
2 weeks vacation and health insurance offered
Salary commensurate with experience - negotiable
