Custom Care Inc. is searching for an administrative assistant to handle bookkeeping, invoicing, and advertising in addition to its customer and vendor-related endeavors.
We are a family-owned and oriented general contracting firm who specializes in residential construction. PAY/BENEFITS:
- $20-25/hr. - dependent on current experience within an office/administrative setting

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a valid driver's license (standard Class D)
- Must have a reliable vehicle to transport to and from place of work
- Must be a citizen of the United States/ Must be authorized to work in the United States per the I-765 guidelines
- Must be capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to thirty pounds of weight
- One-to-two years of work experience within an office and/or residential construction setting is required
JOB DUTIES:
- Facilitate and handle communication with customers/vendors (phone, e-mail and in-person)
- Handle all bookkeeping responsibilities in a diligent, organized manner
- Handle and keep track of all payable and receivable invoices
- Use your creativity to manage the company's marketing/advertisement efforts
- Update, review and revise documents for job-related logistics and financials
