Location: Primary office in assonet near Fall River with occasional travel between home base and Florida.
About the Role:
I'm seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to help manage my rental property portfolio, business affairs, and personal calendar from my home office. As a self-employed property investor with 18 properties, I need reliable support to maintain efficient operations and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You may be asked to assist with some of my personal affairs, including making appointments, possibly shopping, placing orders on amazon or walmart for delivery. And any other personal things That may need my attention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage rental income tracking and documentation for multiple properties
- Monitor and coordinate Airbnb listings, including bookings, guest communications, and reviews
- Maintain comprehensive calendar of personal and business appointments
- Handle scheduling, correspondence, and basic administrative tasks
- Occasional travel between primary location and Florida to assist with property management and personal needs.
## Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative support, property management assistance preferred However, I'm willing to train the right candidate
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers and technical devices. The ability to learn online applications and programs quickly
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and anticipate needs
- Professional discretion and strong communication skills
- Availability for occasional travel required.
