HallKeen Management is seeking a full-time, dynamic Leasing Consultant with a strong background in sales, marketing, leasing, and advertising. In this role, you'll bring your energy and expertise to a fast-paced environment where customer service, teamwork, accountability, and brand recognition are key to success. Has a creative approach to marketing and resident engagement
Is experienced in leasing, sales, customer service, or marketing
Has social media/digital marketing experience (a plus!)
Is proficient in RealPage/OneSite (preferred)
Has flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and continuously refine the marketing plan to target desired audiences and ensure maximum occupancy
Analyze current marketing strategies and provide insight to improve outreach and effectiveness
Focus on resident retention through excellent service and community engagement
Create a welcoming and professional environment for both residents and staff
Prepare and maintain various daily, weekly, and quarterly reports for the Property Manager, Regional Manager, and Corporate Office
Act as the go-to person for achieving high occupancy and strong closing ratios
