Burr Brothers Boats, Inc. is a full-service boat yard located on Sippican Harbor in Marion, MA. We employ 40 skilled technicians to service boats up to 65 feet.
We are currently seeking to add experienced, skilled laborers to our team. Please reach out with your qualifications and/or resume.
Qualifications:
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work on the ground and occasionally lift items in excess of 15 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail when painting, cleaning, detailing, etc.
- Ability to work independently or part of a team
- Willingness to follow specific instruction and procedures
- Boat handling ability is not required, but is a plus
- Must have a valid license, reliable transportation and live within a reasonable distance
- Licenses to operate crane, forklift, CDL, etc. are a plus
- Starting pay will be based on experience. Pay increases are based on demonstrated skill
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Clean cabins, interiors, decks, etc.
- Buff and wax, detail, polish vessel exteriors
- Bottom paint boats
- Ability to varnish or work in a spray booth is a plus
- General help around the boat yard
- Additional tasks as instructed by the foreman
- You must be dependable and work your full scheduled hours.
