The right person for this position:
The perfect fit for this position is someone who has reliable and dependable transportation, a good work ethic, has attention to detail, is great with customers, has 5+ years of carpentry skills and wants to work on a crew that is building 4-6 decks a month, every month. If you have all of your own tools and equipment, and more than 5 years of deck building experience, the pay will be higher.
Our existing crew is a team of 4 and looking for an additional 2 Carpenters. We are currently booked out until January and are trying to increase our output by bringing on quality help.

-99% of all of our work is between Quincy, Mansfield and Bourne but we will travel for the right job.
Compensation Package:
-Status: Full-Time
-Schedule: General working hours of Monday-Friday 7AM – 3:30pm.
-Paid Training
-7 Paid Holidays
-5 paid Sick days after 90 day probation period
-Simple IRA contribution with company match if so desired after 90 day probation period
-Paid weekly via direct deposit
