Local general contracting company who specializes in Remodels, Additions, Kitchens & Baths, Decks, Siding and general home improvement work. We do all residential work, which can vary from day to day so being versatile is essential. we do everything from framing to finish carpentry. decks, siding, trim work, flooring, painting etc
Pay is based on experience. 25-32an hour to start. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE! minimum 4-5 years' experience. We do 10-99's so if that is a problem this is not the job for you. 90-day probation period, after 90 days we will review for a raise. We do bonus incentive on jobs as well. Hard work will never go unnoticed. Must be familiar with using all standard tools, working in a productive manner, staying organized, and keeping a clean jobsite. We try to run a smooth ship and are fairly easy going but this is also business, and productivity is essential from any employee. MUST SHOW UP EVERYDAY. if you are going to be calling out multiple times a month this is not for you. Please do not lie on your experience as this has been an issue from previous guys i have hired from here. We work outside in Winter and Summer, if the elements are a problem this is not for you. i am willing to teach along the way but not willing to train someone like this is a shop class.
We're a small company who prides ourselves on doing high quality work. Most of our work is within 30 minutes of Fairhaven area. this is a 40+ hour a week job, with the occasional late days if needed and occasional Saturdays with paid travel in a work vehicle. You will be paid from the time we meet in Fairhaven till we get back at the end of the day.
Must have
-a valid driver's license with a clean record as you will be driving a company vehicle daily.

-No drugs, No substance abuse, no smoking cigarettes all day (this means no smoking weed or weed vapes at work)
