All Around Property Maintenance- Ida Lewis Yacht Club in Newport, RI is looking for an all around talented person to join our team for the Summer 2024 Season (April to October). We are located on 170 Wellington Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged. As a yacht club, maintenance can be cutting the grass, cleaning the mens and ladies rooms, washing windows, maintaining floating docks on occasion, washing various boats, polishing boats and equipment, Keeping items stocked in various storage locations, cleaning and maintaining sailing race equipment, basic carpentry repairs and painting, sweeping ands vacuuming walkways, perform scheduled weekly maintenance programs. Mechanical and Carpentry skills are real plus. An all around talent is expected. Please email a CV/ resume along with your name and phone number where you can be reached.
