Currently seeking skilled Frame-to-Finish Carpenters with experience in residential construction in Fall River, MA and the surrounding areas. Ideal candidates will be well-rounded carpenters who can handle all phases of building - from framing walls and installing trim to final details. Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of residential carpentry from rough framing through final trim and finish work
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Measure, cut and assemble framing components (walls, floors, roofs, etc.)
- Install doors, windows, baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry and other interior finish work
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
- Ensure work meets quality standards and building codes
- Collaborate with others trades and crew members to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
- 3+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of framing, trim and finish carpentry techniques
- Ability to work from blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Reliable transportation and basic carpentry tools
- Legally able to work in the U.S.
- OSHA certification is a plus
