Looking for skilled, reliable handyperson in an outside contractor capacity for work as needed. Have almost 30 units in Fall River. Must have own transportation, the ability to pick up supplies/materials. Looking for someone with general knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical. Must have reasonable response time to calls, and availability for emergency calls (which are rare).
