Seeking a skilled and dependable Independent Contractor Handyman for various repair projects at apartment buildings in Fall River (AS NEEDED). If you have experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing and are looking for flexible, on-demand work, reach out to us today. This is a day-shift (except emergency calls) position!
Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and maintenance on various apartment buildings
Tasks will include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other general handyman work
Pickup of materials as needed for jobs
Be available for occasional emergency calls
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be dependable, with a reasonable response time
Liability insurance (preferred) and contractor license (a plus)
Ability to pick up materials as needed
Must be available on rare occasions for emergency calls
References are required. Please provide three (3) PROFESSIONAL references by email prior to phone screening interview.
Background check will be performed.
