Party Cape Cod has an exciting opportunity for a Crew Leader & Driver. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is reliable and motivated to be part of a team.
As a Crew Leader & Driver, you will be responsible for leading a team to successfully deliver & set up client orders in a timely manner. You will lead by example to motivate your team members & uphold a high level of customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Operate company vehicles according to MA traffic laws, safely and without incident.
Guide crew in correctly and efficiently loading truck to maximize available space and separate orders.
Guide crew in correctly unloading truck and returning items to the correct locations following storage instructions.
Follow client instructions on site for proper installation & removal of equipment.
Manage & mentor crew members, providing on the job training for new employees.
Perform various warehouse tasks, when necessary.
Complete driver logs & vehicle safety check process.
Provide clear & concise communication with clients, PCC office staff, and supervisors.
Qualifications and experience
Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record of 4 years.
Must be able to lift 50lbs+ with assistance
Must be available to work in all weather conditions.
Must pass a background check.
Prior driving experience is preferred.
No CDL required
Scheduling:
5-day, rotating work schedule will span across the entire week (Monday-Sunday).
Hours may fluctuate based on delivery needs.
Occasional overtime may occur.
