These consists of 3 different functional areas primary focus on: 1) Data Control & Compliance, 2) Data Analytics & Continuous Improvement and 3) MDM System Solutions. This role is key to the Data Control & Compliance team function, which is responsible for ensuring data integrity. Additionally, this position will be responsible for cross-functional impact analysis of product-related data changes.Responsibilities:

Analyst, Data Control & Compliance Master Data Management.

Perform impact assessment of all product-related data changes that are initiated through the corporate Change Control process, including engaging with cross-functional colleagues as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

At least 2 - 5 years’ experience in managing product master data

Existing knowledge of Raw Material, Bulk, Non-printed Packaging Components (bottles, caps, etc.), Printed Packaging Components (wrapper, label, etc.) and finished products and Bills of Materials (BOM)

Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods operations is plus.

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experiences in lieu of.

Skills:

Ability to exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing & setting priorities among multiple projects, and performing tasks.

Ability to lead and oversee the activities of a team without direct reporting authority.

Attention to detail and well organized.

Excellent communications skills.

Ability to work with business to collect and validate data.

Ability to learn data standards, such as GDSN requirements, and business nuances of the product master data.

Ability to drive continuous improvements.

Ability to manage multiple tasks across all business units and brands.

Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
