When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives.Job Type:RegularScheduled Hours:40Work Shift:Day (United States of America)Job Description:Sign on bonus up to $3000 (pro-rated for part time)The Transitional Support Services (TSS) is a short-term residential treatment Program providing a 24 hour structured environment to support men in early recovery from substance use addiction. All clients are treated with dignity, respect and the belief that everyone has the ability to grow when they are provided support, education and direction. Individuals will work on developing skills of daily living including goal setting, problem solving and self-advocacy. We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to be part of our team and help clients on their roads to success.The ideal candidate is dynamic, compassionate, and motivated to help clients meet their goals and improve their lives.Responsibilities:

Provide clinical supervision and crisis consultation to case managers and recovery specialists

Ensure the use of evidence based practices

Ability to incorporate the use of Medication Assisted Treatment for opioid use disorders

Support staff in responding to complex cases such as co-occurring disorders and trauma

Conduct assessments and provide individual and group services to residents

Participates in meetings with all stakeholders and community service providers

Review the group treatment curriculum and develops new groups in response to the needs of the client population

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in in psychology, social work, rehabilitative counseling or related field required or possess an LADC I.

Two years of experience working in the substance abuse treatment field

One year of clinical experience in a supervisory role required.
