Opportunity to join an established private company with under 100 employees, located in Walpole. You will enjoy many different kinds of work, from design and prototype to build and test quickly. The company designs equipment used in military applications. Design enclosures, chassis, thermal, and cable designs for military grade electronic productsDesing for shock and vibration, EMI shielding and grounding, and environmental sealingSolve thermal problems in sealed, space-limited enclosures, with verification through testing and analysis.Desing and document cable and wire harness assembliesDevelop prototypes using 3-D printing and other tools, all hands on.Plan and support qualification testing to MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461, including test fixtures, test plans, and root-cause analysis of failures.
