Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Westboro, Massachusetts. As part of our team, you will be handling customer accounts, processing credit applications, and resolving customer inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner. Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications using Epic Software and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools. Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy. Respond to customer inquiries related to their accounts and credit applications. Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions based on their status. Handle cash receipts and other cash activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity in cash handling. Assist in billing functions, ensuring all charges are correctly applied to customer accounts. Participate in special projects as needed, contributing your skills in accounting functions and accounts receivable. Use your knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) to improve and streamline our processes.
