Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator with strong bookkeeping skills and QuickBooks experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a variety of administrative and accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily office administrative duties including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining records
Handle accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
Assist with payroll processing and expense reporting
Prepare and maintain financial documents and reports
Support management with general office tasks and project coordination
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
Order office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in office administration and bookkeeping
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Compensation:
$18–$25 per hour, depending on experience
