Local food manufacturing company currently seeks a skills Human Resource/Recruiting Coordinator. Reporting to the HR Manager, the Human Resources/Recruitment Coordinators main focus initially will be providing sourcing and recruitment support for both hourly and salaried positions. In addition, the role will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and systems, HR reporting, onboarding, as well as supporting positive employee relations. Motivated candidate with 2+ years experience in recruitment and/or HR is desired.
