This is a fully remote position - candidate must be able to train in the Amherst MA area for two weeks.
Responsibilities:
· Speaking with clients and taking requests via phone and email.
· Working out estimates and pricing information
· Enter customer orders and quotes into software
· Provide order status update
· Providing excellent customer follow up
Qualifications:
· Candidate must have strong technical skills
· Customer service experience and strong attention to detail required.
· Must be highly organized
· Prior work experience in a millwork industry a plus
Skills:
· Excellent keyboarding skills
· Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
