Join the Ramblewild Guest Services Team Seasonal | June–September | Part-Time (with near full-time hours during peak season)
Ramblewild is hiring skilled, service-driven individuals to join our Guest Services team at the Lodge—our home base for outdoor adventure operations. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that blends customer service, front desk, and retail responsibilities with administrative coordination and logistical support.
What You’ll Do:
Take and manage reservations via phone, email, and in person
Provide clear directions and instructions to guests before and during their visit
Greet and check guests in; assist with logistics throughout their stay
Balance customer-facing service with administrative and operational tasks
Manage phone communications efficiently and professionally
Use software systems for bookings, payments, and check-ins
Process retail transactions and support merchandising displays
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Lodge environment
Direct and assist groups of all sizes, ages, and experience levels
Multitask effectively and adapt in a high-volume setting
Communicate with clarity and professionalism in every interaction
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in customer service, retail, or front desk roles
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage high guest volume and lead or direct groups as needed
Comfortable speaking to and guiding the public in both one-on-one and group settings
Skilled at juggling multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail
Background or strong interest in outdoor recreation (hiking, climbing, skiing, etc.)
Physically able to remain active and on your feet for extended periods
Positive, professional attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail
Experience answering phones and managing guest reservations
High-level competency with computer systems for reservations, check-ins, and sales
Strong phone communication skills in both high-traffic and one-on-one settings
Previous administrative experience is a plus
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
First Aid and CPR certified (preferred)
CORI background check (required before hiring)
Completion of Ramblewild’s Guest Services Training
