Daily Operation in Easthampton is seeking a versatile part or potentially full time Line Cook and/or Prep Cook.
Anywhere from 2-4 days a week. 15-35 hours.
We are a hard working, very busy, and devoted DIY scratch kitchen with an ever evolving menu.
We are looking for someone who
- is excited about food and will be hype to join us in creating new dishes
- has a super good knowledge of all kitchen fundamentals (butchery, sauces, pastry, etc.,)
- has excellent knife skills with speed to match
- is ambitious with a positive attitude in the face of everyday cooking stress
- has at least 3 years of experience with positive references
