Busy establishment is looking for someone who is self motivated and willing to work hard to join our staff. We are a scratch, chef owned kitchen, so you will be challenged to learn and grow. No microwaving here! If you are up for a challenge and looking to continue learning, we welcome you.

Experience

Min 1 year cooking on a line. 3+ years preferred.

Expectations:

well versed in all aspects of the line, sauté, grill and salad.

work independently to set up the line for service

prepare all item needed for service

must be able to follow instructions and prepare items that are up to our standards. a sanitary and timely manner

Follow recipes and presentation specifications

Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently

Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation

Restock items as needed throughout the shift

Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
