Job Opportunity: Night Production Bakers
Our small-town bakery, proudly supplying three locations, is seeking two Night Production Bakers to join our dedicated team. If you have a passion for baking and are ready for an exciting, hands-on role, we’d love to hear from you!
Position Details:
- Shift: Starts around 11 PM
- Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time available
- Starting Rate: $19/hour
- Benefits: Offered for Full-Time positions
- Physical Requirements: Heavy lifting required
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and bake various breads and pastries to meet daily production needs.
- Maintain high-quality standards and consistency across all products.
- Follow recipes and production schedules with precision.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous baking experience or experience in a working kitchen is preferred but not required. We’re willing to train the right candidates.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight hours.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
