Spice Mixer: Follow detailed formula's, weighing ingredients, recording batch information and loading mixers. Weigh the blended product and package to specifications. Fill, label and seal boxes and spice containers.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. many times a day. Must maintain clean and safe environment adhering to all company sanitary policies. Daily cleaning of benches and equipment required.
Experience in the restaurant or food industry helpful. Ability to follow written instructions required. Fast paced environment. Approximately 30 hrs. per week. 7-1.
Occasional Warehouse: Operate lift truck to unload skids from trailers. Break down skids and move boxes/bags to proper locations. Most boxes/bags are 55 lbs or less.
General custodial duties, sweep, mop, etc
Must maintain clean and safe work areas.
