SEARCHING FOR TALENTED PIZZA CHEF MAKER/MANAGER MUST HAVE PIZZA EXPERIENCE
Boston Gourmet is searching for a talented and skilled pizza chef with a background in pizza making for our tanglewood concessions pizza station at the tanglewood venue this summer! We have an elite wood fire oven that is a beautiful piece of equipment to work with.
The pizza chef manager will be in charge of pizza prep, relaying orders to the Tanglewood Executive Chef, managing the cleanliness and sanitation of the station, managing opening and closing checklists and managing a small team of 2-3 culinary cooks.
This position is for jobs at our exclusive venue, Tanglewood in Lenox MA, we are ramping up for a busy summer season.

Qualifications:

Minimum two years of culinary experience

Food Safety and Allergen Awareness Certificate a plus
