The CNA/HHA team at Lathrop is a key part of the resident experience here at Lathrop. The essential purpose is to provide residents with quality care by providing physical, psychosocial and social support with guidelines provided by the nursing team.
This part time second shift opportunity is a key piece of the resident service and wellness teams here at Lathrop. The essential job duties include but are not limited to assisting residents in remaining as independent as possible, providing quality care and assistance in daily needs such as medication reminders, hygiene and light housekeeping, communicating changes and concerns of changes in the residents' behavior to nursing staff, assist in maintaining resident apartment, documents resident care, completing job list responsibilities on shift assignments, be able to work independently as well as part of a team and maintain CPR and other certifications as required.
This is a 14 hour per week position with the opportunity to cover vacation, holiday, sick time. The compensation range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
