The Lathrop Community, a Kendal affiliate is seeking a part time host to join our culinary team. Lathrop is an over 55 residential community with locations in Easthampton and Northampton.
Lathrop is seeking an energetic person with creative ideas to work with our waitstaff to elevate the dining experience of our residents. This position will assist the waitstaff team greeting and seating residents and guests as well as waitstaff functions as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and working with the waitstaff as well as assisting in all front of house functions. Previous experience in a culinary department preferably in a senior living community but will train the right candidate.
This part time, up to 24 hour per week opportunity requires flexibility in schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
